Do you rent equipment - floor machines, extractors?

We only rent equipment to customers who have an established account with us that is in good standing.

We rent carpet extractors, floor machines, high speed buffers and carpet blowers.

Do you offer equipment repair? If yes, what do you repair?

Yes, we are an authorized service center for most makes and models of most motorized equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, extractors, auto scrubbers and sweepers. We offer reasonable estimates prior to repair. We stock most major brand parts that are available for sale in our stores.

Do you sell used equipment?

No, we do not deal in used equipment.

Do you offer any GREEN products?

Yes, we offer an extensive line of GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS. We also offer Green Cleaning training. Check our website for a scheduled training event or come in today to meet with one of our Green Cleaning Consultants.

Do you have anything for pet stains or urine?

Yes, we feature Mountain Breeze Enzyme that will eat any organic matter it comes into contact with. We also feature an Animal Facilities Disinfectant & Cleaner. This product will disinfect your pet areas and is not harmful to your pet(s).

What is your best carpet cleaning chemical?

We feature many great carpet cleaning chemicals. Please speak to one of our sales consultants to determine which product would be best suited for your equipment and the type of carpet and the soil you may be cleaning.

Do you offer an analysis of my current products vs. new products you feature?

Yes, please contact us to schedule an on-site assessment with one of our cleaning professionals.

Is Maintenance Mart open to the public?

Yes, you may visit any of our three conveniently located stores.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, with a minimum order of $150, and within the metro Phoenix or Tucson areas. All orders shipped out of AZ are subject to shipping charges. If your order does not meet our minimum for free delivery we will charge $12.50 and/or related shipping charges.

What time do you need my order so that I can get it the next business day?

All orders received by 3PM (AZ time) will be delivered the next business day (unless out of the Metro Phoenix area).

Do you ship outside of Arizona?

Yes, we do accommodate out of state orders. Out of state orders are subject to normal shipping fees. Hazardous products are subject to management approval and additional shipping charges.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes, you can call orders into our Order Desk at 877-252-9402.

Do you accept orders via email?

Yes, email orders may be sent to [email protected]. Be sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you to confirm the details of your order.

Do I get a bulk discount if I buy a case or more of product?

We offer bulk discounts to our established credit holding customers. The prices featured at our stores are established at a discount off list price, therefore, everyone buys at a discount.

Must I have an account to shop in your retail stores?

No, the general public is welcome to shop in our stores. We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.

Is Rene, our favorite retail store consultant, working today?

Yes, Rene is usually working (if you want to call it that) at our Phoenix or Tempe store. Just ask for him by name. Se habla espanol! 🙂
